Use case

Pain is a very common symptom and the main reason for consulting a doctor. The platform helps healthcare professionals relieve pain in both children and adults.

What we delivered

A set of approaches and solutions for the overall management of pain, available to healthcare professionals to address specific pain-related needs medically and scientifically.

How the AI is controlled

A human-in-the-loop architecture: supervised language understanding, controlled retrieval and validation by medical and regulatory experts. Below a confidence threshold, the answer is blocked and escalated to a human expert.

The Diabetes Serious Game turns diabetes management training into an interactive experience: quizzes, practical tutorials and a realistic, safe virtual environment where learners practise decision-making.

An immersive 3D environment simulating realistic clinical cases with virtual patients. AI adapts quizzes and scenarios to each learner.

The 3D avatar reacts in real time through a multimodal generative AI architecture. Each generated response goes through a medical coherence check based on knowledge graphs and clinical rules.

DiabApp is a mobile application designed by healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers to improve the monitoring of diabetic patients. It centralises and facilitates the sharing of medical information between patients and professionals. Supported by Promotion Santé Suisse, it strengthens the continuum of care and interprofessional collaboration.
