How a project runs

Four steps, and you decide at each one.

1 hour · Free Free audit

Three prioritised use cases, your data constraints, and an order of magnitude for budget and timeline.

1 to 2 weeks · Fixed price Scoping sprint

Architecture, hosting, data sources, costed backlog, validation plan and a firm estimate for the build.

2 weeks each · Stop anytime Build sprints

A tested increment on real data and a demo at the end of every sprint.

Monthly · SLA Run & scale

Monitoring, maintenance, new use cases and reporting, with one accountable partner.

Every sprint ends with a demo and a validation. You can stop, pause or re-prioritise at each one, and invoicing follows progress.

Ways to work together

Three ways to engage.

Fixed-price sprints

Project

A defined product or platform: scoping sprint, then two-week build sprints with a demo at the end of each. For apps, platforms, CLM content and AI use cases.

Monthly squad

Product team

A dedicated team with a project manager that evolves your product over time: new features, maintenance and support under SLA.

Audit or proof of concept

Expertise

A short, focused engagement: AI audit, security assessment, technical review of an existing platform or a four-week proof of concept.
