Infrastructure · Runtime · Operations

Infrastructure that carries your ambition. And your obligations.

Design, deploy and operate the foundation for business applications and AI. From your own servers to selected cloud services, with responsibilities and costs made explicit.

Swiss cloud, PaaS and operations illustration
The starting point

The operating model is part of the architecture.

Location, capacity and technology matter. So do administrator access, recovery, support coverage, provider dependencies and the team accountable when something fails.

01

Capacity

What CPU, GPU, storage and network capacity does the workload require?

02

Control

Where do data, keys, administration and outbound traffic sit?

03

Continuity

Who monitors, restores, patches and responds to incidents?

What we do

Capabilities shaped around your use.

Cloud & private infrastructure

Plan landing zones, networks, identity, dedicated servers and CPU/GPU capacity. Select geography and providers against your requirements.

PaaS & application platforms

Implement a reusable application runtime: containers, deployment pipelines, databases, secrets, observability and environment isolation.

Data & AI infrastructure

Build storage and inference services around workload needs. Evaluate object, relational and vector storage, queues and model-serving capacity.

Managed operations

Agree monitoring, patching, backup restoration, incident response, recovery targets, capacity planning and service coverage in the operating contract.

Private PaaS is a defined platform, with a defined owner.

A dedicated application platform can be designed on client-owned infrastructure or a selected cloud. We specify which layers are supplied, who operates them and how applications are deployed, observed and restored. The architecture illustration is a brand concept; it does not claim that Pixels Trade owns a data centre.

What you take away

Deliverables you can use.

01

Deployment blueprint

Environment boundaries and a responsibility matrix across your organisation, Pixels Trade and infrastructure providers.

02

Capacity & cost model

Workload assumptions, infrastructure and software costs, operational effort and scaling scenarios.

03

Operating procedures

Runbooks, recovery tests, monitoring and an agreed service plan aligned with the application’s criticality.

How we work

A clear route from assumptions to evidence.

01

Assess

Establish workload, residency, access and availability requirements.

02

Design

Select deployment boundaries, components and provider responsibilities.

03

Deploy & verify

Build environments and check security, recovery and performance.

04

Operate

Monitor service objectives and review capacity, changes and incidents.

FAQ

Cloud, PaaS & Operations, answered

Do you own the cloud infrastructure?

Our role is to design, integrate and, where contracted, operate environments on client-owned infrastructure or selected providers. Ownership and provider responsibilities are explicit in the proposal.

Can you provide a private PaaS?

Yes, a dedicated application platform can be designed on your infrastructure or a selected cloud. Available capabilities depend on the agreed stack and operating scope.

Is 24/7 support included?

Coverage, escalation, response targets and provider dependencies are agreed in the service contract. Round-the-clock coverage is not assumed.

Can you support an on-premise AI runtime?

Yes. We assess hardware, model licences, inference capacity, isolation, updates and the operating procedures needed for the selected workload.
